Our Prices, Payment and GST
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST and exclusive of any delivery fees. GST and delivery fees for all products, excluding bulky equipment, will be calculated on the Check Out page.
We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard only. All payments will be processed in Australian Dollars.
Delivery
Delivery charges will be calculated at check-out. We use selected couriers to send our products, ensuring your products can be traced.
We normally aim to ship your order (excluding bulky goods) within 1 to 2 working days from Perth (Monday to Friday). Our stores are fully stocked, but occasionally there may be a delay due to stock supply – in which case we will let you know within 24 hours. Should you require urgent delivery, or have delivery requirements, please contact us on admin@icengwa.com.au.

Consumable Goods
Infection Control Engineering deliver consumable products worldwide. All consumable products from our website are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of placing an Order. Depending on your location, orders usually take up to 7 days to be delivered within Australia. Delivery fees of these items will be calculated at checkout.
Bulky Goods
Please contact us on admin@icengwa.com.au for delivery of bulky goods such as autoclaves, washers, disinfectors and ultrasonic cleaners.
Intellectual Property
The entire content of the web site, including, but not limited to, the text, design, graphics, interfaces and logos are owned by Infection Control Engineering.
